Jason'S jOURNEY

Jason was only 19, but somehow, in those short years, he managed to touch more lives than most people do in a lifetime. He was one of those rare souls who could light up a room just by walking into it—usually cracking a joke or wearing the most ridiculous hat he could find. He was the kind of friend who never let you cry alone.

His story ended far too soon. A single moment, one small pill laced with fentanyl, took him away. It was accidental. It was tragic. And it was not what defined him.

What did define him was the way he made people feel: seen, safe, and deeply loved. In the days following his passing, hundreds of people shared stories—funny, sweet, sometimes ridiculous—about how Jason had impacted them.
